Approach

A clear route from first conversation to measured results.

Every engagement follows the same route. You get a fixed price before each commitment, a decision point before each phase, and everything you've paid for is yours.

01

A fixed price before you commit

Discovery is priced up front. The project is priced at the end of Discovery, before you decide anything.

02

Your call at every gate

Two decision points, each with the information you need: a plan and a price, then results against the goal.

03

Yours once it's paid for

Findings, designs, code, content and data. Source code and a content export are yours on request. No lock-in.

The route, stop by stop

What happens, who's involved, what you keep.

  1. 01 Sketch Discovery · 2–3 weeks · fixed price

Understand the problem. Sketch the answer.

A fixed-scope, fixed-price first engagement. It's the lowest-risk way to find out whether we're the right fit, and you leave with a clear plan whether or not you continue with Rind.

    1. FirstKick-off workshop, conversations with the people involved, and a review of your site, tools, data and campaigns.
    2. ThenProcess mapping on a shared whiteboard with your team: where the friction is, and what success means in business terms.
    3. FinallyA sketched direction, the findings, and a fixed-price proposal for the project.

Prices exclude VAT; Rind isn't VAT registered at the moment, so there's nothing to add today.

    You keep

    • Process map
    • Findings
    • Goals and measures
    • Sketched direction
    • Fixed-price proposal

    Who's involved

    • Dru, leading
    • The people who run the process
    • Your decision-maker
    Start with Discovery
  2. Your call

Go ahead, or leave with the plan.

You have the findings, a sketched direction and a fixed price for the project. Go ahead with Rind, or take the plan in-house or to another supplier. Once Discovery is paid for, the findings and sketches are yours.

  3. 02 Structure Project · fixed price

Real words on a real grid.

Content and journeys come first. We map the pages, flows and data, then wireframe with real copy rather than placeholder text, so problems show up while they're easy to fix.

    You keep

    • Sitemap and journeys
    • Wireframes with real content
    • Technical approach

    Who's involved

    • Dru
    • Whoever owns your content

Commercial check Every page has a job, tied to the goal.

  4. 03 Design

Make it look and feel right.

Type, colour, imagery and interaction, applied to the structure you've signed off. Accessibility is designed in from the start, not checked at the end.

    You keep

    • Designs for key pages and states
    • A design system
    • A clickable prototype

    Who's involved

    • Dru
    • Your brand or marketing lead

Commercial check Tested against the goal, not taste.

  5. 04 Build

    Built properly, on every screen.

We develop on the platform that suits your team, connect your CRM, analytics and existing tools, and test on phones, keyboards and screen readers before launch.

    You keep

    • A working site or platform
    • Integrations
    • Documentation

    Who's involved

    • Dru, reviewing everything
    • Specialists, named before they start
    • Whoever runs your systems

Commercial check Tracking goes in before launch, not after.

  6. 05 Live

    Launch, measure, improve.

We launch carefully, then measure against the goals agreed in Discovery. You get a plain-English report: what's working, what isn't and what we'd change next.

    You keep

    • The launch
    • A results report
    • A prioritised list of improvements

    Who's involved

    • Dru
    • Your team

Commercial check Reported against the goal, in plain English.

  7. Your call

Keep improving, or hand it over.

Keep going with Rind on a monthly scope, or take everything in-house. Handover is part of the job: source code, content and data, with documentation.

  8. 06 Ongoing Monthly

An agreed monthly scope, still led by Dru.

Improvements, campaigns and reporting against the same goals, with a quarterly review that sets the next quarter's work.

    You keep

    • Monthly improvements
    • Campaigns
    • Reports
    • Quarterly reviews

Questions

What people ask first.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope, which is why Discovery comes first. It ends with a fixed price for the project, so you know the cost before you commit.

How long does a project take?

That depends on the scope too. The timeline is part of the fixed-price proposal at the end of Discovery.

Can we skip Discovery?

Sometimes. If you already have research, goals and a clear brief, we'll review them and may be able to scope the project directly.

Will you work alongside our team and other agencies?

Yes. Rind can lead the whole job, or take the parts that need joining up and work alongside your in-house team and existing suppliers.

How many projects do you take on?

A small number at a time, so each gets senior attention. If we can't start when you need us, we'll say so up front.

Tell us what isn't joining up.

A short conversation is the best place to start. If Discovery is the right next step, we'll tell you what it would cover and what it would cost.
