Privacy notice
Last updated: 4 November 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Rind Ltd, registered in England & Wales (15073826), registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We decide how the information you share here is used, so we're the controller of it. For any privacy question, email hello@rindmedia.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect:
- your name, your email address and what you tell us in your message;
- if you choose to give them, your company or website, the topics you'd like help with and your timeframe;
- how you reached the form: the page you sent it from, the button that brought you there, the first page of your visit, the website that linked to us and any campaign tags in that link (such as a newsletter's name).
The last group is kept in your browser's session storage while you look around, not in a cookie. It leaves your browser only if you send an enquiry, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab.
We don't ask for your phone number, your budget or anything sensitive. Please don't include sensitive information in your message.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to talk about working together. We use how you reached the form to learn which pages and campaigns lead to conversations, so we can improve them. Our lawful basis for both is legitimate interests: answering a request you've made, and running our business sensibly. We don't use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores enquiries in its database in Western Europe, sends the notification email to our inbox, and runs Turnstile, which checks that a form is being sent by a person rather than a bot. Turnstile loads only once you start filling in the form, and it doesn't use advertising cookies.
- Google Workspace provides our email, so the notification and our replies sit in our inbox.
Both may process data outside the UK. Where they do, it's under the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK's international data transfer addendum.
How long we keep it
The enquiry stored with the website is deleted automatically after 24 months. The email copy in our inbox is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set any cookies of its own.
We don't run any analytics at the moment. If we add them, we'll update this notice first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give you a copy. You can also object to how we use it. Email hello@rindmedia.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
